Going Vegan Make Your Body Odor Smell Better

Body Odor Smelling By Group ReseacherFeelings of shame, embarrassment, low self-esteem, isolation, frustration, anxiety and depression are extremely common where body odor is present.  For quick and instant you may cover it up with deodorant products that available in the market.  Using those deodorant products is not a healthy choices to eliminate your body odor.

Those products are made with cancer-causing chemical fragrances that are absorbed directly into your bloodstream, through your armpits, where they enter your liver and promote liver disease, cancer, and a variety of other disorders. Many deodorants and antiperspirants are made with aluminum in order to halt the perspiration of your sweat glands, and this aluminum is suspected of accumulating in the nervous System and ultimately contributing to nervous system disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.  If you have to use it, choose a natural deodorant. Some deodorants labeled as natural contain propylene glycol, which will actually break down your skin's natural barrier and go right into your bloodstream. Read the label and make sure the products you use contain 100% natural (preferably organic) ingredients that you can understand.
The best way to eliminate your body odor is to eliminate the causes of  body odor. Some believed that body odor is from genetic  and conventional  doctors like to say it's due to bacteria living in your armpits. But did you know that bad body odor is actually caused by the toxins that are within the body, and that by eliminating those toxins we can eliminate the body odor? But how do the toxins enter into the body, and why does the foul odor arise mainly when one sweats?
The toxins enter the body by the foods we eat. According to researcher shifting to healthy vegan diet can eliminate your bad body odor in a matter of weeks because a plant-based diet is an internal deodorizer. Foods rich fiber like whole grains, massive quantities of leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, soy products, supergreens, lots of sprouts, raw nuts and seeds, healthy oils including aromatic herbs are also excellent like sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and so on.  Those foods will cleanse your body from inside out.
There were study by National Center for Biotechnology and the result as following;
Seventeen male odor donors were on "meat" or "nonmeat" diet for 2 weeks wearing axillary pads to collect body odor during the final 24 hours of the diet. Fresh odor samples were assessed for their pleasantness, attractiveness, masculinity, and intensity by 30 women not using hormonal contraceptives. They repeated the same procedure a month later with the same odor donors, each on the opposite diet than before. Results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the odor of donors when on the nonmeat diet was judged as significantly more attractive, more pleasant, and less intense.
Animal products are the worst kinds of foods to put into our mouths, red meat especially. Red meat causes stagnation in the body; it putrefies in the digestive tract and releases all sorts of toxins into the bloodstream through the large intestine. People who consume a large quantity of red meat on a regular basis tend to have much stronger body odor than those who avoid it.
Other foods that cause body odor, manufactured foods, those lacking fiber and made with refined white flour, added sugars, hydrogenated oils and other processed ingredients are  also contribute to bad body odor. The more we eat of these foods, the more toxic we become.
When a person sweats, toxins which are built up in the body are eliminated along with the sweat; thus the foul odor arises when we sweat. But sweat itself is not the cause of body odor; sweating is actually good for you, it’s for cooling the body temperature  and can help to eliminate bad body odor.
There are two different types of sweat glands: The Eccrine glands, and the Apocrine glands.
The Eccrine glands are just about all over the body where there is skin, and their primary purpose is to produce sweat to cool down the body during exercise and in hot weather. This sweat is high in salt and is usually odorless.
It is the Apocrine glands, which are designed to remove toxins from the body which cause the bad body odor. These glands are located mainly in the armpits, and groin area. This is why a stronger odor occurs in these areas during sweating.
The sweat produced by the Apocrine glands are high in protein, and guess where the protein is coming from. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that it comes from the protein in meat. Eating meat on a regular basis causes one to consume an excess amount of protein which can harm the health of the body in many different ways.
All foods that are not natural, or plant-based will cause the body to become toxic over time. And when these toxins are released from the body through sweating, they do not have a pleasant smell. It is very simple, what goes into the body, must come out, and if we put in toxic or dead food, it will not come out smelling very fresh.
All the proteins and other essential nutrients which the body needs can be obtained from a  plant-based diet.

Milk Thistle, Liver Health and Detoxification

Milk Thistle Seeds, 8oz, Organic, Raw

Modern living can surround us with pollution, especially those of us living in cities. Pollution can be in the air, in our water, and if we're not careful, in our food. When harmful substances from pollution end up in our body it is up to our liver to help us detoxify. The liver is responsible for the breakdown or modification of toxic substances, in other words it gets the bad stuff out of our bodies.
What Are Milk Thistle Seeds?
Milk thistle seeds come from the milk thistle plant (Silybum marianum). Milk thistle is a flowering plant native to the Mediterranean, North Africa and the Middle East. The name “milk thistle” comes from the milky sap contained in its stem. The seeds of milk thistle contain a powerful substance called silymarin, which has long been known to support liver health.

Milk thistle seeds have been used by natural healers for over 2,000 years to treat liver disease and help protect the liver against toxins.
Benefits of Milk Thistle Seeds
Fascinating research done on milk thistle seeds has indicated that not only do they assist the body in eliminating toxins, but they also protect and encourage the liver to rebuild new tissue. The silymarin contained in milk thistle seeds acts in several different ways inside the body:

1) Hepato-protective: protects liver cells from incoming toxins, allowing it to process and release toxins more effectively
2) Hepato-tonic: Helps to strengthen the liver and improve function
3) Demulcent: Soothes and lubricates membranes , which helps reduce inflammation and redness both inside and outside the body
4) Gentle Laxative: Increases bile secretion and flow, thus improving bowel regularity

Milk thistle seeds have also been used to treat hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liver, to lower cholesterol and even reduce the effects of a hangover.

How to Use Milk Thistle Seeds
It's easy to incorporate milk thistle seeds into your daily superfood lifestyle. The silymarin in milk thistle seeds is more effective when the whole seeds are ground to a fine powder or soaked overnight. You will find that the powder is extremely palatable and delicious on its own! It has a delightful, nutty taste similar to ground flax and hemp. Soaked milk thistle seeds are also great on their own or blended into raw food dishes.

Try grinding 2 Tablespoons of the seeds in a coffee grinder or Vita Mix Blender and adding it to any nut milk or smoothie recipe. You can also add the powder or soaked seeds into any savory raw food dish, such as a nut pate or cracker. Our recipes for Milk Thistle Porridge and All Day Long Hemp Milk are tasty and easy.
