So make it clear that veganism is not known just by now but its been there in all the times since human exist in this planet.
And, in this lately millenium veganism has become more increased it popularity due to several worldly issue that take place on this planet. Peoples tune to this vegan diet vary by theirs personality, some are due to healthy concern, enviroment problems , animals welfare and etc.
But talking about vegan diet is easier than do it. For some people its not difficult to change to this vegan way of life and many other are struggle to do it.
I think to be able to adopt this vegan lifestyle is only about changing a habit, and as we know an habit is something that ingrained in peoples mind in quite some pereeode of time and difficult to root it up, especially on meat eating behaviour.
So that’s why some people are struggling to switch from animals based diet to plants based diet because in the beginning we are told to eat meat to sustein ours body and maintain ours health and meat has become ours friend in daily life.
Although is difficult and struggling to change from animals diet to plants based diet or vegan but its not impossible to change it, but it will need ours effort, will power, patient and time to achieve this goal

Every things in this world that we willing to do we need a motivation, the stronger is the best in order for us to achieve best result. Otherwise it will not work or the result will not good. So, if we aim to become a vegan first thing first we must motivate ours self to become one. Try to eat more vegan foods, there is so many tasty and delicious now a day in the market maybe can make you easy turn to vegan diet.
Change your mind is means change your habit
Before, ours mind was used to received all kind good information about animal based diet and it benefit to our human body, but now we must train ours mind in to the opposite direction. Tell ours mind all kind a effect and harmfull about meat based diet and the other hand we fill ours mind with all kind a good and benefits about vegan diet. In gradual way, hopefully ours mind will understand and the habit of eating will change.
Associate more with vegans
Try make more association to the peoples or group of people who are vegan and we will feel supported and not alone. Because if we only make friend to those meat eater and they are not cooperate with us sooner or later we will get drag to theirs side. Otherwise its difficult to talk veganism subject to those peoples.

Most peoples start from vegetarian diet before they switch to vegan diet, but for the people who unable to do that, maybe they should reduce their meat consumption in gradual way like one a month vegan diet, twice a moth vegan diet, one a week or twice a week etc until ours body and mind can accept the plants based diet only. Because doing this way its can help your body make the transition as smoothly as possible. Any sudden, drastic change in your diet would likely wreak havoc on your body, especially if you go from being an omnivore to being a vegan. Listen to your body and be easy on yourself. Don't force yourself to completely change everything at once without guidance. You need to know how to properly substitute for certain elements such as protein and fats before thinking that a head of lettuce is all you need for the rest of your life
